Couples that laugh together are the absolute best kind, and when it comes to Brie & John, there is so much joy in the love they have for each other.
When I met the two of them for coffee at trusty Starbucks, we couldn’t stop talking about everything under the sun. They both are so excited about their wedding, and were beyond pumped to share every detail including the napkins!! Quite honestly, I could not get enough. Weddings are my favorite things to talk about, so when couples tell me everything, I am all for it. I am all ears and just as excited for those napkins – lol!
By the time we realized what time it was, two hours had passed!! I’m telling you we could’ve stayed so much longer if we had the time! How awesome is that?!
Super fun fact: I have known Brie since I was a little fourteen year old since her mom was a part of The Ulster Project I did in 2012! This is a bit of a reunion and I am so happy to get to be a part of this season of her life!!
Their engagement session was one I was super excited for. My sister and I drove up to Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio to meet up with this sweet pair at The Cleveland Art Museum. We chose this location because in the beginning of their relationship, Brie would drive to see John at Case pretty frequently. If you have never been there, you need to. The lagoon is breathtaking and the architecture is insanely gorgeous. But, I have to say the stars of the session made it 100x more beautiful!!
The session was filled with so much laughter, dancing, and little moments between the two of them. I think it is so important to give my couples time to enjoy themselves and each other. Life and wedding planning keep us all incredibly busy. This gives them a chance to take in the incredible step they are taking together.
As soon as the session was over, I instantly wished we had more time because they are just such a blast to be around. As I edited the photos, I couldn’t help but smile at every single one!
