Arriving this winter, Jenny and Kevin are expecting their first baby – a little girl! Maternity sessions are so sweet as they document such an intimate and exciting time waiting for their family to grow, but it is always extra special when it’s their first one!

Their Love Story:

Jenny and Kevin met in college during their residencies at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. They were a perfect match, and they got married in 2022 at Mt. Woodsen Castle in Ramona, California. Since then, they’ve traveled extensively, including to Portugal, Italy, Argentina, Tokyo, and Spain. But now, they are settling in and starting their own family.

Their Session:

After classes wrapped up, Scripps Pier and the nearby university stood peacefully, gazing out over the beach, where families and couples strolled along the shore. The light softened the pier, casting it in a dreamy haze—creating the perfect setting for photos. We kicked off Jenny and Kevin’s session surrounded by the lush greenery on campus. This vibrant backdrop offered a splash of color and allowed the sun to sink lower, bringing us into golden hour before we made our way to the sand. These two are absolutely adorable, and the trees felt symbolic of the growing family they’re building together. They even brought a sweet little strawberry onesie for their baby girl! Once the lighting was just right, we strolled down to the pier, where we had a blast dancing and dipping our toes in the water. It was truly magical to celebrate this special moment in their journey to parenthood!
