You can’t believe it. You’ve been dreaming of this day your entire life and when you look down at your ring finger each morning, you can barely believe it’s all real. The man of your dreams finally asked you to marry him (and dang did he do good with that ring!!), and you couldn’t be more ready to say, “I do!” Congratulations, girl! Soak this moment in!

Before you head down the aisle, there’s lots of things to do, which we’re sure is no surprise. You’ve probably had your big day planned out in a binder like Monica from Friends, or you at least have a Pinterest board you started in high school and updated throughout college. Point is, you most likely have a sense of direction for much of what you want your day to look like. But first, you need to pick a Wedding Website Host.

Why Use a Wedding Website?

Wedding websites are an easy way to communicate with guests and be a very useful resource when utilized correctly. When we got engaged in 2020, we flipped through what felt like a million wedding website hosts trying to find the one for us. There were a lot of things we were looking for such as look, functionality, and easiness to use so that whether our guests were tech friendly or technologically challenged, this website would be a breeze. We’ve compiled a list of our Top Favorite Wedding Website Hosts for you along with some of our top favorite features of each! We hope this helps you narrow things down as you plan your day (and if you need more help with a checklist, grab our Wedding Planning Guide HERE)!

Our Top 3 Favorites:

1) Zola

Zola Website Home page. Your Wedding starts here.

Our personal favorite and the website host we chose, Zola, does a great job incorporating everything you need. The designs are stunning and simple to use, making it the perfect balance between beauty and function. Since it’s a well known site, there’s also a high chance your guests may have used it before – making it more user friendly. Get discounts on Save the Dates that match your site, can find vendors and venues near you, gives you a list of newlywed “must haves” for your registry, has easy shipping and returns, connects to your favorite brands and gift cards, collects RSVPs for as many events as you need (bridal shower, bachelorette, rehearsal, etc) and view on the go with their mobile app, collect guest addresses, create seating charts, get advice from experts, and shop for yourself! Plus, after your wedding, you’ll get 20% off all the items on your registry! Who doesn’t love that?! With so many features, you can’t go wrong!

2) With Joy

With Joy online wedding website host home page. The smarter way to plan your big day.

With Joy makes things all the more personal, including having a Zoom streaming feature for guests that can’t make it in person. They also allow you to get extra organized with your guest lists, so if you love spreadsheets, this is great! They have most of the features that Zola has except the newlywed registry checklist, creating seating charts, and connecting to vendors. The website templates are really beautiful, but you can fully customize your site with code, fonts, and more. If you’re looking to go all out with design, look no further. They also have zero cash fund fees and allow you to have guests donate to charity!

3) Wedsites

Wedsites home page. Everything you need to plan a stress-free wedding - in one beautiful place.

Wedsites marries (pun intended) design with organization. They allow you to customize some features on all while tracking everything you need. Huge bonus with this site is that they track your budget, helping you stay on track along the way. They have a seating chart builder, timeline builder, payment reminders, livestream, online guest book, multilingual options, multiple users, email sending, and so much more. If you’re looking for an all-in-one and don’t mind investing to keep it all in one spot, this is perfect!

Pricing: $0-$199

Regardless of which of these three wedding website hosts you choose, we know you’ll be in great hands. Each has endless features that are sure to wow your guests while keeping things simple for them and helpful for you. Tell us in a comment below which one you think you’ll go with and have the BEST time planning! We are so excited for you!
