Tucked inside San Diego’s Balboa Park is the Desert Garden. Filled with succulents and cacti, this spot feels like traveling to Phoenix, Arizona without having to leave the coast! The scenery and lighting are so simple and glowy, which is why it was perfect for Lisa and Ryan’s maternity session to document their first little one!

These two are adventurers – traveling to national parks, the Caribbean, and Europe together. But entering into parenthood was the next best adventure for them! When I tell you they embody kindness, I mean it! They create that feeling of home from first meeting, and their maternity session felt like watching the best dream.
