Kelly & Doug | Downtown Kent Engagement

When I met Kelly and Doug at Starbucks at the end of last year, one of the things I remember most is how much these two smile. They radiate joy and gentleness, something that is so precious, especially in 2020 – am I right?!

These two love birds chose downtown Kent to be their location because of the sentiment it has to how they’ve grown up together. Ten years ago, they met in Spanish class and dated all through high school and knew their love was forever. In all the little ways during our session – from the way they looked at each other to the sweet kisses in between giggles, it was obvious these two are soulmates and the very best of friends. What a beautiful start to a marriage?!

Their original plans to be married this October are moved to next June, but that has not stopped the excitement for their big day!! Nothing will ever stop the tender love they have. It’s inspiring to be around them.

Kelly & Doug, I had such a blast strolling around Kent with you (despite the heat) and watching how well you two love. It is a blessing to know you and to get to see true love embodied so well. Cheers to becoming Mr. & Mrs. Schmidt! Congratulations!!
