It all started with4th of July fireworks at a family event…
Kyle’s long-term best friend from wrestling in high school invited him over for his family’s party after they had started a painting business together. That night, he and his friend’s little sister, Alexis, hit it off and sparks were flying. Soon after, they went kayaking and shared a sweet kiss and their love story started. Kyle asked her to be his girlfriend while watching an Adam Sandler movie a month later, and their relationship was absolutely beautiful.
On a June family vacation to Mytrle Beach, Kyle decided night two that he wanted to ask Alexis to marry him. He gave her dad the ring the next night and while taking pictures, they did a switch of hands and got down on one knee. Alexis was very surprised and her brother (Kyle’s best friend) teared up!
Their engagement session was like a scene out of The Notebook in a little-known private field in Uniontown. The pond and gardens around made for such a magical place to be, especially watching the sunset. They brought their pup for a few pictures (who is SO well behaved) and we spent the whole afternoon laughing and dancing around. These two are such a beautiful couple, and they felt like old friends from the second I met them!
Alexis & Kyle, I am beyond excited for you both! Your love for each other reminds me of classic movies, and it is incredibly sweet to be around! Next June cannot come fast enough!!
