Have you ever met someone who has such a kind heart that when you are around them, you feel very happy and calm? That’s exactly what it is like to be around this beautiful girl!

Carly Campbell is one of my senior reps for the class of 2018, and this past week, we took her second session.  Can we just take a moment to appreciate how stunning she is? Look at those eyes!!

Here in Ohio, you never do know what the weather will be like, and the day of Carly’s shoot, we were walking around downtown Columbiana fighting the wind. Carly is quite the trooper and had her jacket off for the first part of her session. Don’t let her smiles fool you – it was COLD!

We spent a large amount of time on these photos simply waiting for the wind to calm down so that Carly’s hair was not absolutely everywhere. I’m obsessed with these two shots!

After standing around for a little while, I knew this girl had to be freezing, so we grabbed this cozy grey blanket to wrap around her and keep her warm.

These pictures on the blanket have a pretty funny story behind them. There is one little patch of grass in the center of downtown Columbiana, and I wanted to take advantage of that, but some of the shop owners thought something had happened to Carly, and they ran out to see if we were okay. How kind! It made for quite a laugh.

After dealing with the cold weather, we decided to spend some time in the newly re-opened Generations Cafe. Ashley (my sister and assistant for the day) and I ordered our coffees only for Carly to tell us she had never had coffee. I was not about to let her leave the session without trying some because I am a coffee addict, and it is one thing I thought Carly needed to get used to before she starts college with those long nights of studying. She actually liked her caramel macchiato, and we had some really great conversation about life! Her senior session was a blast for all of us, and I cannot wait to spend more time with her!
