Becoming parents is one of the most exciting and challenging parts of life. It means being responsible for a tiny human and loving it more than you ever thought possible. It is a daily challenge, but it also can bring you closer together. And if you ask me, The Emanuelson’s are nailing it!

Kayla and Joshua had the sweetest little baby, June, about six months ago, and it is super obvious that they can’t get enough of her! From those deep blue eyes to her adorable smile, I can’t blame them for being obsessed. (You’d better believe I offered babysitting services if they ever needed one). 

The day of the shoot was a little chilly, especially for June, but we had several blankets on standby for short breaks to warm her back up. She also had the cutest white button up on with a hood that had ears and boots that perfectly matched her mom’s sweater (which was completely an accident)! It made her look all the more precious. 

I had just bought a little mistletoe for the Christmas shoots coming up, and June was all about it. She was so interested, she ended up rolling all around trying to play with it. Silly girl!

June is also a huge fan of being thrown in the air. Look at that happy baby!

She also makes a cute little pumpkin, and her parents thought so too!

We had a little bit of mommy and daddy time which made my heart so so happy. These two make such a good pair and such great parents for their girl. It is so nice to see a couple that still is so in love with each other and excited about the new family they have created. June is super lucky to have them!

I am so happy I got to document these moments for this beautiful family and I cannot wait to watch June grow up and this couple grow closer!
